Agne Krutules
Agne Krutules joined Maloy Jenkins Parker as an associate in 2006. Agne's practice focuses on white collar investigations, trials and appeals in federal court.

After graduating from law school and prior to joining Maloy Jenkins Parker, Agne served as a staff attorney for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in 2004-2006. Agne prepared legal memoranda and draft opinions for the Eleventh Circuit Court judges in various civil and criminal cases, including employment discrimination, immigration, and social security appeals. She worked on direct criminal appeals raising challenges to both convictions and sentences, and habeas corpus cases.

Agne graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in the top 7% of her class in 2004. She received the CALI awards for excellence in Mergers and Acquisitions, International Business Transactions, Trademark, and Immigration Law. She also received the ABA/BNA Award for excellence in the study of Intellectual Property Law.

While in law school, Agne participated in the SEC's Law Student Observer Program at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division, in 2004. She prepared legal memoranda, reviewed business entities' financial statements, and observed investigatory interviews.

Agne is a native of Lithuania. After graduation from high school, Agne was accepted to the International Relations and Political Science Institute at Vilnius University, one of the most prestigious academic establishments in Lithuania and Eastern Europe. Agne studied to become a diplomat for her country. She was ranked number one or two in her class consistently throughout her studies there. In 1998, while studying at Vilnius University, Agne participated in the academic scholarship contest held by the Soros Foundation. Agne underwent extensive interviews with the representatives from the Soros Foundation, and the Ministries of Education and Foreign Affairs. She also excelled in the essay part of the contest. Agne was one of six finalists out of more than 500 applicants. She was awarded a full scholarship to Duquesne University. That same year Agne also received an academic scholarship in a personal award ceremony from then Lithuanian President and future Prime Minister Algirdas Brazauskas.

Agne graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University in 2000, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in Italian. Her senior thesis was “Political Culture and its Effect on Economy - a Comparative Analysis of the Southern and Northern Italy.”

Agne speaks Lithuanian, Russian, and Italian.

Agne is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
